Let's look at your post more closely:

My retort would be that an audit over the past year was not as important as creating a solid business model and expanding their product line and distribution channels. This fledgling company has thrown up many things on the wall over the past year.

So you are OK with SKTO issuing press releases that are false and misleading such as the merger with Medical Greens and telling shareholders they are going to receive a dividend.

That is what share selling schemes do and in particular what SKTO has done now and in the past.

And you are saying that SKTO really means it this time when they say are are going to provide audited financials.

This fledgling company has thrown up many things on the wall over the past year. Clearly the two things that have stuck are BBio and PharmaJanes. Now is a more appropriate time for an audit.

How can SK3 Group be ready to do exclusive business in California before the territory is covered ? ….. It doesn't make much sense to me !!! ….. Take a moment to look back at premature expectations manifested within the cannabis-hemp sector ….. by certain unfortunate corporations ….. and notice how unforeseen rollout glitches messed up corporate share prices ….. giving feisty critics an easy club to wield ….. because corporate interests may have been too quick to appease Investors who want fast money ….. NOW !!! ….. Hogwash!!!! ….. I say ….. Slow down and fastidiously follow a sound business plan ….. solidly grounded by the rule of law ….. Because the FED has placed plenty of regulatory land-mines and snares along the road to cannabis-hemp prosperity….. Does the military dare to tread an untested road before sending in the troops ? ….. I suspect we all know the answer …..

Don't fall prone to allowing others to impose their expectations concerning the way they feel the emergent corporate process needs to be deployed ….. Critics are seldom seen in Corporate boardrooms ….. but rather relegated to dark closets alone ….. spouting their self-centered opinions and expectations to speechless walls ….. Loud voices need an audience ….. or they fail to exist at all ….. I can hear the biased chatter ….. only indirectly ….

Also ….. SK3 Group has solid support from the governing officials of California ….. To say California seems more progressive than most other American states ….. feels like an understatement …..

Sure !!! ….. Corporate mistakes can be made ….. which is why corrective measures can be taken when a problem has been clearly defined ….. Allegations toward premeditation of much corporate wrongdoing seem misplaced …. Many strategic errors look very human and real …. especially when one may be trying to make a hasty impression ….. Look at all the unconscious errors athletes make during the heat of a game …. And most people will agree they get paid well for performing ….. I'm saying ….. To err is human !!! …..

IMO ….. With SK3 Group ….. reaching the goal ….. is far more important than forcing them into a straight-jacket of smart-a$$ Investor expectations …... SK3 Group has been working for a humanitarian cause for many years now ….. They are far more than a white rabbit popping from a magician's hat ….. The unfolding of time will tell the real story ….. And I'm feeling certain my life can be improved with the cannabis-hemp products too …..
