When you talk about Pharmajanes here is a question - in the 2013 AEGY 10K it stated the following:

PharmaJanes currently has over $5M in annual marketing contracts in place for this service and will be the exclusive point-of sale for the collectives under contract.

Who are these collectives under contract - because all I have seen is the Henry Jan/iEquity created collective Farmer Janes.

FARMER JANE'S COLLECTIVE, INC was created as a business entity until 06/28/2013 - this was 6 weeks after it was announced that AEGY had acquired Pharmajanes from iEquity. But Pharmajanes is supposed to have $5 million in contracts.

You're welcome and thank you for this nicely crafted post. Very wise words for management. The main take home I got was that SK3 Group is on the right track and doesn't need to rush to hype anything. The business model is solid....and already miraculous. Just take it day by day and execute within the guidelines of the law.
