So I guess the first question is does the Argus Design/systems use any "trade secret rights" of Kroplins design?

The second would be does TAO have a patent already in place in the U.S. or in any country which might purchase a working Argus?

Which brings us to the document you already posted a link to, which compares the differences between the Argus and Kroplin's design. A document which plainly can't find any significant differences!
