*** There were plenty of market investors in Loch Harris that made a ton of money. In fact, the only way a market investor DID NOT make money in Loch Harris, was if he/she bought in at 2 or 3 dollars and did not have their GTC sell order in at 10,20, or 30% above their buy in. Now, if your a penny stock buy and hold for one or two years, you obviously lost money, but that is not the general rule that penny stock investors take when buying penny stocks. As for the Market Investors in Cdex, they have done poorly to horrible, with only the most sophisticated one's making a little profit here and there. But the funders of Cdex, those insiders you speak of, have taken a beating. I know several, who have NEVER sold a share to this day. One could say that the only people who made money on Cdex, was Mp's immediate family who was gifted shares for working there, and about 5-7 of Mp's close personal friends, who may have also been gifted shares. One has to remember, that Mp has claimed a substantial loss in Cdex. It is in the court filings.
They keep "rotating" CEOs ... And just blame failure on those "gone". ( they're not really gone )

*** Could not be more inaccurate. It is no brainer, to be able to see that the funders, ( insiders ) are extremely upside down. Those who have been on Mr. Brumfield's team, have made wages or a salary for ACTUAL work at the lab. Have they made money doing their work, duh, of course they have.
They print more shares ... Then reorganize to their advantage. Multiple times. All part of the plan.

*** There was no threat of a Chapter 7, the Angel investors did what was necessary to keep Cdex afloat. The threat and action that caused the Chapter 11 is truthfully stated in several SEC filings and court documents.
