If you want to spot a SCAM ... Notice how the insiders make all the money while the investors always lose.

They keep "rotating" CEOs ... And just blame failure on those "gone". ( they're not really gone )

Just so everyone knows. MP hand picked JB ... I posted it here before it happened. The shareholders were fooled to think otherwise. Sorry. MP is still party central.

They keep rotating "tech" ... And promise the next tech will be worth "billions" ( it never is ).

Everything they do is for the insiders to make money ...

They print more shares ... Then reorganize to their advantage. Multiple times. All part of the plan.

They purposely threaten BK so they can excuse real money debt for more printed shares (that cost them nothing). Shareholders pay. Insiders won.

They take salaries but do zero work

No one has been in the rental closet in months and months. Just ask their neighbors.

They promise the tech works and contracts are signed ( their own words) yet 5 years later their still "testing".

No hospitals will associate with them ... So they say their a "secret" test to avoid publicity (my biggest laugh yet).

Several worthless returned pieces of tech sold on eBay.

Money right from PP investors into the pockets of insiders. No product. No sales. No proof of anything. Just salaries and hidden "costs" going right into their pockets.

They don't even spend $500 to update their website anymore. It's years old. Now that's laziness. Sheesh.
