I recall some news about separation of Dr.K and Sanswire re: terms of the split. I do not recall if they ever filed the specific paperwork. I dont have the time to look it up right now. If no one has posted it by later today I will spend a few trying to find it.

Good point jet, I don't think adding anything to it's core
design will grant any intellectual rights patent wise
to wsgi. But to your question I suppose that you're
right about Kroplin, I'd have to agree that he'd put a
stop to it.
