Conversion price is .05 on yesterday's investment. We have to assume these investors have information we don't. Second, the jerk who tried to immediately come on this board and say the 8k was "toxic" financing was trying to scare investors to execute his plan.. Then he comes back and says the company is legitimate. He's desperate. The investor will not be converting his or her shares on October 17 unless the share price is above that .05. IMO.
This investment is good. They have had about 2 million invested in the company in the last two months. I expect news on items shortly.
