Empty, the Nasdaq is not a possibility right now based on share price among other things. If they do a reverse split then you have to look at the market cap which I believe will not satisfy it either as I expect the share price would drop quite a bit.
Joe Natural has been following this longer than any of us and has pointed out some pretty alarming things that I initially dismissed, but as the share price proceeded to lose 1/3 of its value while the Dow and S&P continued to make all time highs it is harder to ignore.

Also you wrote something about the SEC canceling the S1. I think the company asked the SEC to credit them the fees they paid for future use. To me that suggests that they will attempt again in the future. Also I'm pretty sure our NY law firm cost us a pretty penny to file.
