Milligan isn’t talking about triaging patients because that’s what is economically best for GILD, but rather because it’s the only way the pushback on reimbursement can realistically be overcome.
The market for the best all-oral HCV regimens most definitely will be supply-constrained, IMO, both by system throughput and by aggregate reimbursement costs.
