Then why DFMI want to merge with DFI in the first place? What I read was DFI can not issue cooperation stock but DFMI can, as a result DFI and DFMI merged so that DFI can license the IP from ISI, am I correct ? If that is not the purpose for merger of DFI and DFMI, then what is the purpose for DFMI to merge a company DFI which has nothing to gain from ?
oh that's right....u said the merger happened....no proof....only you saying....so then answer this question why did your lead attorney tell the court "it Could have happened"? instead of saying it happened? I'm guessing he was protecting himself against perjury charges...otherwise he would have said it happened.....go ahead twist this as best you can
