Ya the more I read it the more I get the same thing...if it weren't for the 540 days waiting period it could potentially be bad news as they're convertible at a 1 preferred for 500 common share rate...

...it's very possible i am missing something, but if someone could show where it says that the common is converted to preferred that would be great, since i'm not seeing it on my own LOL

Yes, converting common shares into preferred at a 500:1 conversion rate = reduced amount of common shares
