If they just took common shares and converted them into preferred shares at 500:1, then our old O/S would have been over 14 billion. I haven't seen anything stating we HAD a 14B O/S
And if I remember correctly, which I may be wrong and put my foot in my mouth because I'm not going back through the filings yet, at the time of the merger they were issued Series A and B preferred shares, with series C, D, and E to come. So wouldn't these preferred shares that were detailed in these filings today be NEW shares issued?
