elsieCAt - I think, that's WHY the Norw. Oil Directorate visited, both, Nigeria as well as STP, to show them how to do it. Keep their own wealth, as well as, putting into an ''external National Funds account, so that the day to day politicians cannot touch it; without going through a ''pre-arranged obstacle'' - The STP population has been reported somewhere in the region of 130 to 150.000 souls; they'l be richer than any Nation on Earth; all going according to schedule.......JMHO

STP will benefit

There are only 200,000 people there. Unlike Nigeria where the wealth has to be spread among 128,000,000 people. Everyone in STP will benefit greatly and it won't take long.
There will be more that enough to go around.
