Keep their own wealth, as well as, putting into an ''external National Funds account, so that the day to day politicians cannot touch it; without going through a ''pre-arranged obstacle'' - The STP population has been reported somewhere in the region of 130 to 150.000 souls; they'l be richer than any Nation on Earth; all going according to schedule.......JMHO
