Was thinking they may be one in the same.In other words they are the funders or group of investors?

Can't blame them for this if true. They are looking out for #1. However the sale could have been structured differently ,imo. They could have divided up the 10M shares,or changed share structure, of "newco" as a dividend to existing shareholders, rather than leaving it to the LaJ wolves, imo.

Luckily there is a jail cell opening up in June of this year.
What a POS this GE is,IMO
