As I understand these suspensions, they last 10 trading days, then trading resumes, but the company is summoned to a court hearing the next month, and failing to show up or to present guarantees that the company will become current in its filings, the stock ticker gets REVOKED.

Of course Worldgate is no more. It has been liquidated and its officers have resigned. Not sure if there is still an active trustee.
