this part saysa it all: shall commence on the effective date, isn`t that the 15?
continue thru the end of, i read that as no stop on the 15 just continues thru.

You can't read very well.The 8k amended says if both parties agree there will be a national rollout not the crap you are implying.Before the amended 8k it said if both parties agree the PILOT PROGRAM will continue which means Cc could put us in any stores they wanted and at any rate.The amended 8k says they HAVE to do a national rollout if they both agree
