Termination in the Ammended G: says that CC can terminate on 10 days notice, period. No one year mandatory continuance without 30 days notices. CC can walk away and since BOTH 8k and 8ka say that ANY national rollout requires a new signed agreement there is NOTHING automatic about tomorrow.
I'm not saying it's dead or allive only that CC can do dman well whatever it wants on 10 days notice and since they don't have a definative agreement for national rollout (that we know of) there is nothing governing the relationship after tomorrow.
3. Term of the Pilot Program. It is the intention of the Parties that the Pilot Program shall commence on or about November 1, 2005 and terminate on March 15, 2006. Thereafter, if the Parties mutually agree that a National Rollout of the Program is mutually beneficial, the Parties shall enter into a definitive agreement for such National Rollout.
IF THEY AGREE. In the absence of a NEW AGREEMENT there's nothing but 10 days seperating life and death. Get it?
