You do have a point, however we have been waiting in the dilution to end for several weeks now !

The iBox is someone else doing the DD for the newbies and his work is appreciated. However my own DD led me to the conclusion to cut my losses and get out which I am glad I did.

I will be back in once all the fins if they are truly as amazing as son suggest.

I think it has been a brilliant play! I do not think a private company of APT' pedigree (so to speak) comes to the penny ante world very often.

APT had a history of sales and product lines that are exciting and could be marketed the crap out of. Look at the IBOX.

Does not make any of the-company-formerly-known-as-APT's history untrue or depreciate it's future value.

IMHO We just have to get past the liquidity baggage APT brought to the RM.

For you long time IHUBBERs Has anyone on the boards ever seen such a sweet setup?

Usually its the next greatest left-handed spaghetti turner that is being hyped. Not the situation with the-company-formerly-known-as-APT.

What happened to this enthusiasm ? ... nothing has changed with the company in 2 weeks since your post.

The question I have for APT is...

Why did you take on such huge debt so early on?

Imo a company ought to strive to be profitable no matter it's size. Banks always love a good balance sheet so it's concerning when I hear an excuses like "we outgrew our lender's ability to finance us" etc. Imo if you're profitable there are plenty of bigger banks out there. Instead you were forced to go to toxic financiers and, it seems, damn near wrecked the company during the past year.

Growth is good as long as it's healthy growth. Maybe buying a $7 million building and a big tour bus were things that could have been delayed.

Anyway, the recent podcast indicates management now believes all their cash-flow problems have been resolved thanks to the FROZ merger. And the indication is that substantial growth is currently underway. I hope they're right. If the audit shows a strong uptrend beginning the 2nd half of Q1 as stated it'll probably continue into their "high season" later this year. How the stock performs with Ironridge and Schissler involved remains to be seen.
