Good morning all!
Kool Aid Man, I pray APT's new ticker will change the stock price performance to the upside.
When I looked at the weekly chart i thought OMG!!!
Please don't let history repeat itself.
On the weekly chart for 2013 the PPS went up from January to April. From April to December the price tanked.
I hope that is only because it reflects Frozen Food's numbers and have nothing to do with APT's numbers. Otherwise, if my looking at the chart is wrong and not indicative of what the recent shady financing deal has done to the PPS then, based on the fundamentals of APT/Motovox will turn this thing around and we will all be happier.
Let's all pray, meditate that PPS per the weekly chart doesn't repeat itself.
Lord please bless all that are invested in FROZ/APTMotovox.

Those are good points u bring up koolaid-man, Im really excited for the cost reduction on the smartcarb and getting big attention from OEM's and small engine companys that supply to ecco, steal, kawasaki, etc) its a, multi billion dollar industry and with the right moves the smartcarb can make a big impact in the small engine industry becoming a standard carb if stiffer regulations begin to push small 2/4 stroke engines to comply with the newer regulations.... specially if all they would have to fo is a quick bolt on fix that avoids modifications or cats to bring it to compliance. ... long story short, the right moves by apt with this gold peace can bring them in a bundle of money imo.... cant wait to get updates on the sf engine as well as the nasa invitation to present the engine to the crowd.... :-)

They have already told us why they did it this way. They were already maxed out on traditional lending approaches. They couldn't fill orders in any meaningful way until this was taken care of. They interviewed several companies and IR offered them the best option to accomplish their goals. This deal allowed them to go public completely within two months and remove the debt deal that was strangling their production. This way they now have access to the public markets and won't end up right back in the same situation a year from now. You already know all this as they have explained it several times. Please since you do not like the company and you no longer own shares spend your efforts elsewhere. It's not doing you any good or us any good to have you bringing up the same point over and over and us having to address it for the new people on the board. Go find another stock to make some money on and lift your spirits a bit. Doesn't do you any good to sit here and angrily dwell. Life is too short friend.
