Great sleuthing. Corroborates well with pictures posted of A-Cent looking like a ghost town as well as rumours that vigil was off to CO to take care of a fledgling flight school.

this is the part I love...

This lady told me that the flight school in Colorado had their Part 141 certification pulled by the FSDO for non-compliance in January of 2014, though I couldn't find corroboration

LMAO so again how did they get the 141 in Penn? LMAO this is easy stuff for if they lost the one in CO Springs then none in Penn. and if they sold where oh where is that confirmation? as the fins were filed AFTER and nothing in there soooo? LOL.
