I got a tip on facebook from the wife of a flight instructor who used to work for A-Cent Aviation in CO. The flight instructors quit because they were owed many months of back pay, with nearly no support from the company officers in Florida, just like our friend here, Mr. Cirmo, is owed back pay. This lady told me that the flight school in Colorado had their Part 141 certification pulled by the FSDO for non-compliance in January of 2014, though I couldn't find corroboration. Something didn't smell right though, so the real estate agent in me decided to find out if any other businesses were listed at the principal address of the flight school address in Colorado, and that's when I found the address being used by Falcon Aircraft Inc on a google+ account that had been updated on April 18th of 2014. It could be that a sale hasn't hit the newswires yet, or maybe the flight school was converted into a aircraft sales field because of A-Cent's lack of qualified flight instructors. The details seem sketchy, and perhaps the sale is too recent to show up in any headlines and Falcon jumped the gun, I don't know. But I don't remember a Falcon anything being listed as a subsidiary of Quasar. I'm posting a link here with the search results(I searched for the CO A-Cent address in quotes to ensure relevancy) narrowed down by time to the last month or so:

My theory is that the sale of their airfield was dealt with in person during one of Vigil's trips in either late March or sometime in April, possibly to facilitate a purchase in the MJ industry but how THAT is going, we still don't know because the company hasn't PR'ed about a DONE deal yet.
