County license is highest priority and much harder to get than state license......still with Mike Nahass....spending a majority of his time in Clark County.....I still give TRTC a 90 / 10% approval probability for the 1 - 4 permits submitted.....TRTC will continue to follow mandated guidelines to protect shareholder equity.....the pps will follow accordingly as barriers are taken down.....TRTC is a good investment in a risky sector... Again not a quick flip but long term (2 yrs +) investment.... Ziggy
