Not really. The uncertainty as to whether TRTC will be able to engage in MJ activity in Nevada is now extended to year end. Once people realize that, any pop that TRTC gets from getting the Clarke County license - assuming they get it - will be short lived as people get out, not knowing if Nevada will grant TRTC a license!
Not Good!! especially because by year end the S-3 could be in full swing and the O/S could be soaring...CAN YOU SAY DILUTION!!!
P.S. In fact now we all understand why management believes revenues will be only $7 million. They are only factoring in selling of EG products!!
