Based on this article it appears that even if TRTC gets an MJ license in Clark County by June 5th - and this is a big if - they cannot do anything with MJ in Nevada till they obtain a state permit at year end! Another big if!
This is not understood by many on this board!!
So nothing related to MJ in NV will happen till 2015 at the earliest!!
