Email RESPONSE 1. I have answered this question a million times. But here goes again: Ray Barton is a business consultant. He put the whole deal together. He is an entrepreneur and an investor in up-and-coming projects. Yes, Barton did register a few domains for us, and he helped us out by forming the NY corp. for Manny when we first started. He advised us to set up the virtual mailing address as to avoid being totally harassed by shareholders looking for inside info, or to damage us, and boy, was he right! He has funded us out of his own pocket, brought in outside investors, and he has negotiated several retail deals for us. We would not be going national without him. I am not sure why seeing a common connection to a person between several public companies is a bad thing, unless that person has been in trouble, but Barton has many clients so I am sure you will come across him again. He is also hands-on, and for that reason you’ll find connections to him in a lot of the successful companies in the pinks, OTCQB and QX. Barton is the type of guy that will fund a company with his own money, and will also load his personal car up with boxes and take them himself to a retailer if that needed to be done. “Whatever it takes” is his motto and I have never seen anyone like that in the sub-penny market before, and likely will never see it again. He sees the big picture and is OK, waiting for a long term return.
P.S. Ray Barton has been in the business for over 15 years, has been CEO countless times, and has never been in any trouble ever, not once. If his character is in question, then consider this; He is also a retired Police officer, and currently he is an active Reserve Police Officer & Trained EMS. When he is not in the trenches with the companies he has helped, he is out there saving lives and keeping the streets safe for all of us. He couldn’t do that if his character and credentials were not impeccable. Like I said, he is unusual in this industry, but we are grateful to him for what he’s done for us. email RESPONSE 2 I definitely suggest you do. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Anyone crooked in this business for over 15 years has at least a few SEC actions against them or FINRA inquiries or at least a law suit. etc. You’ll find nothing negative on Barton. The guy is a retired cop for crying out loud. it just goes to show how easy it is to believe what people say, when they state is as fact. Even if it is completely false.
