He rolls them into GCBD because… there is more money to be made. Remember they stated they wanted available shares for acquisition in an earlier PR. If Calkins can get all those shares for himself via selling his businesses to GCBD its a win-win scenario. He gets more shares and the profit/revenues generated propel the share price of GCBD higher in essence increasing his overall worth. Its a perfect double-dip.
