All the connections and businesses our CEO has are very interesting and will certainly help GCBD but I am feeling less and less convinced that he will roll any of his other businesses into GCBD. Why would he want to really?

It would be nice and I sure hope some do get pulled into the company, but if I owned successful businesses as a private individual and I was making profit in these businesses, why would I want to roll that into a public company in which I just receive a salary? I would sure like to hear if anyone has some theories on why that would be a good thing for him to do. I love a healthy debate and the speculation is sure exciting.

The business he is now in with Santiago - he is VP and it is an LLC.

It will be very interesting to watch all of this unfold. Even if he doesn't roll these other businesses into Green Cures, he is still a mastermind at creating businesses and has important and profitable contacts and I am sure he will make this successful.
