Unless SEC rules have changed over the years, there was not a requirement for a Q report but I have not looked at such things for well over 10 years.

Why would they wish to hold off on Q1 earnings report?

Unless the company went to hell in a hand basket over the hold on a phase II trial and everyone went on vacation, there should be many things to update investors about. Admit that is an assumption on my part but I do assume Halo is moving ahead with the short and long term business plan. I do expect Halo to be very careful and precise in what they say.

I do not expect the phase II PAG trial to restart. Halo now has access to all the data that they would not have without the hold. That data will be used to help determine path forward. The phase II SWOG trial could resume since they were still recruiting the 30 patient 1B run in safety phase.

Insiders in Halo are restricted to a sales plan window. If memory serves, this was put in place around 5 years ago.

Good Luck,

Rod

Almost forgot, there is a potential reason for Halo to report Q1 by/before 5-15-14. Royalties are paid 45 days after Q end. Although not received in Q1, it could get sticky if received and asked about.
