Almost forgot, there is a potential reason for Halo to report Q1 by/before 5-15-14. Royalties are paid 45 days after Q end. Although not received in Q1, it could get sticky if received and asked about.

Never argue with a fool, for after awhile, it becomes difficult to determine which is the fool.
