I have no problem with doing that. I'll do such and report back what I am told, but I have to ask you a very similar question...
Why don't you just call the company?
The CEO and/or the Officers and Directors from the company trumps the TA. The TA works for the company. It's not the company who works for the TA.
I'm not sure why some of us were told that. Maybe the YTRV CEO has a big block of shares in certificate form on his desk that he is going to send in to the TA. The TA would give you the number to not include what might be known for the amount of shares sitting on his desk waiting to get cancelled. Again, I don't know. I'm just here sharing thoughts trying to figure it out. Regardless, I like their updated website enough and per my conversation with the CEO to hang around to see what the news will be.
Also, the TA is the governing authority for all changes for the company as empowered by the company that relates to the OS. The SOS for the states are such for the AS. Still, all entities are fed data about the AS and OS from the company and not the other way around.
