Why don't you just call the TA? I rather wait for a filing So far i fully agree with NoDummy's statement they are still Inc. in NV since they didn't file for Convert Out nor Merge Out. If they do, different Story, but for now the A/S is 2.4B common and 100m preferred and that's how the stock is trading.
