That article is so vague and so little mentioning of DeBeers it is not even funny. It really make you wondering if DeBeers joined Delta by buying into Delta or joined Delta exploring the same region on their own property.
I would think if DMXP has the backing of DeBeers, they'll make a huge ordeal out of it... Instead of one liner.
I agree with you. The article is vague, and Debeers could just be in the vicinity. There are other gold plays in Bolivia... Debeers could be partnering up with anyone.
