Well, IBCX did address our concerns of new pollution of the O/S on Friday. By reducing the A/S all the way down to 200,000,000, it appears they are serious about keeping the share structure in line for the time being. The dividend does not hurt either, since it will help keep many from wacking just because the split happened.
Only time will tell, but maybe, just maybe they will get it right!
