Yep. a company like SIOR has an added layer of due diligence to show no foul play. Why? Their questionable history. They created this. if they wish to restore integrity and trust - they should take extra steps of transparency and communication. As far as our lovely supersized government policing SIOR- lets not rely on insanity ;) What will keep SIOR in check is shareholders and lawyers ready to take all of their assets due to Mis behavior and pursuing self interest versus the best interest of the company.
SE, although I have not personally experienced the fact that some on the board have indicated that our CEO has been rude and surely during phone conversations. That alone gives me "the willies" re his capacity to right this ship. I wish there was a way we could get him the heck out of there and make you the captain. GLTA
