Has anyone seen the Corporation By laws? I haven’t and would like to read it. If I get it I will sticki it. When the new web page was first put up it talked about annual share holder meetings. There hasn’t been one since I’ve been a stock holder. I may run as a write in candidate for the Board of Directors, since SE doesn’t want it. Hell, I can ignore e-mails just as well as the current board.
Naaa.. Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I'm not at all interested in any type of a position with Superior. I will help all involved here how I can. I will share thoughts and ideas with everyone. That said, my days of active, day to day management of E&P comany's are over. I'm happy to throw my two cents in where ever it's ask for, speculate a little and run my own company's. I've created a good life for myself and am very happy.
