I actaully agree with you completely that he is waiting until he feels the naked shorts will have no impact so he doesnt waste the PR's that ARE coming .

I dont think he waits until next week . I actually think we are looking at Wed/Thurs of this week . Possibly an afternoon PR today but he hasnt done an afternoon PR since feb 5 so I am sticking with Wed/Thurs .

We are close ,thats for sure !

Here's what's up w/ DEWM - IMO :)

#1 Marco knows what's going on with the short selling, Berlin issue & has secured the services of professionals very familiar with resolving the such situations both quickly and cleverly.

#2 The folks advising Marco on the resolution of the Berlin/shorting manipulation which is ongoing has suggested that Marco stay quite and not release info regarding the FDA letter, financial filings etc. until after the CUSIP change and Berlin delisting is complete....

What's Next?
Once CUSIP change in place... Marco drops a PR after hours, with filings, FDA issue resolved, C-Swiss positives, Kush Cake Positives, 7/11 positives, etc. etc....

BOOOOMMM Shorty FRIED...

GAP up to 52 week high area .03 the following morning....

Shorts... that would hurt, and hurt bad...

after talking to some pros about this type of issue, i firmly believe this is what is taking place :)
