I was trying to add just on the reinstatement of MCII with the Nevada SOS and based on this share structure, but it was absolutely hard to catch any shares on that dip. Whatever it is that's coming into MCII should be well worth it... even at these levels.
the way i see it is something happen end they move back to nevada on 3.21.14 the last filing was :Reinstated and Miscellaneous if that the case the shares structure is real low! 100mill and it looks that way imo if people start to hit it with small buys and see how it jump this thing can explode big .
