Curious - if you're talking regulation as in prohibiting sales to minors then I completely agree. Vitacigs probably shouldn't be sold to minors. Same with mCig given the presumed applications. But minors were never the intended market to begin with. As is the case with the soon to be release LiqCig. If you're argument is about prohibiting sales to minors then I would hardly disagree with your posts
for the last 4 years in washington state you had to be over 18 to buy any tar cig, cigar, loose tobacco or ecig with nicotine! nothing new here! mcig and vcig will be golden going forward. NO ONE CAN HOLD THEM DOWN
