It's a proposal, it's not law,
Anyone who thinks an empty ecig won't be regulated is in for a big surprise.
Just like an empty gun!
Or are kids going to be able to walk into the candy store and buy a vitacig??? Don't think so.
I've read the proposal and the response from the ACS, wait for the drafting of the laws coming soon, health and welfare in Canada is on it already. Have you read their proposal for regulation in Canada?? Shocking!
Remember, tis "proposal" you refer to was put out by the ecig industries.
