Had my TEA this AM and the "Leaves" are telling me...
the postponement of "ringing the bell" on NYSE...from June to July...was to have ALL DUCKS...lined up in time for biggest news splash...(which has nothing to do with the "noise" and manipulation of SP movement over the next 6 trading days)...
1. MSA and Merger Closing beginning of May 2. Distribution beginning 2nd week/3rd week in May 3. SP rises to former high in May/June 4. Road show for PE community in beginning of June, after MSA and China news(when SP higher... $5-$6 range for placement)to sell part of Shelf Offering at or near former high, to fund MMJ research (see GWPH)... 5. Funding for MMJ research completed June/July... 6. Rings the Bell on NYSE...in July...with entire package ready to be splashed onto CNBC with the ringing of bell in mid-july...(as re-scheduled by the company)...with all the commentary about the stock being released.
