yes that's fine...do all the TA you want and I like the TA analysis...but the misstatements of sales...is an attempt to grease the TA to meet your predictions...and since you state that you sold higher and have been on the sidelines to buy back lower...one can come to only one conclusion...

...your tainted TA commentary has the intent to drive stock down to buy back at a low...

...manipulation or analysis?...the board will be the judge...

regardless, I am locked in here...waiting for IMHO a May 5th...announcement on MSA AND merger closing.

(READING THE TEA LEAVES: IMHO NAAG agrees to MSA for XXII by May 1, next Thursday, triggers merger closing...which is finalized over next weekend...all of which will be reported within 5 day reporting requirement of material event... Monday, May 5th)

PS. ... IMHO...the June "Road Show" in U.S. is for the purpose of pre-selling $10M of Filed Shelf Stock for funding MMJ research...at a "POST" MSA and "Post-China" trip...pricing...$5-$6...
