Nobody knows. CEO says it is a done deal. Call your AG if you want to be proactive, ask about the status of the application.

If someone knows about MSA decision and posts about it right now, that would constitute insider trading as this is a non-public information.

They don't need MSA to produce.They need it to sell in the US.They can produce and sell overseas anytime they want.(US market is tiny compared to the world market)

Olameow...you are confusing "license" sign-off with MSA. ... they did get License within the 60 days. They dont NEED MSA to sell cigs in U.S., but it is wise to get it to protect themselves from future cig/health related suits.

CEO communicated "not if, but when"...what more do you need or want. Its a waiting game. MSA very bureaucratic with number of sign offs...from Atts Gen. all of which want the revenue for their states.
