furthermore, there is a plan b here per guidance from management... they do not need MSA to sell in U.S... they have chosen to wait for MSA because of some advantages to going this route... it truly is a matter of when, not if... but even in a worst case scenario, if somehow MSA was denied... it would not preclude xxii from selling product in U.S... anyone who doesn't get this, simply does not understand the business...
