The 8 k was due to a settlement of a law suit, why would there be any shady dealings here? This is just silliness. Yes they had an LOI, but PHOT was halted due to shady dealings of selling shares illegally. It's none of the same people so why would VAPE go the same way as PHOT unless they too did the same thing. Tracey doesn't need the money, he just sold us his baby, HIVE for a nice profit.
