I'm interested in who is holding this company now. Is it reasonable to conclude the Bakers and Kirk haven't sold because as 5%ers they'd need to declare? Or does the presence of dark markets and derivatives make it impossible to say? And when does the SEC publish institutional holdings? I have suspicions like Xena's regarding buyout positioning... I was just trying to understand why Fritz was so mad at Baxter. I don't see a conflict of interest between them, so I don't think Bax is trying to screw Halo.
