Good point and easy to forget Baxter doesn't have FDA approval yet.
I'm interested in who is holding this company now. Is it reasonable to conclude the Bakers and Kirk haven't sold because as 5%ers they'd need to declare? Or does the presence of dark markets and derivatives make it impossible to say? And when does the SEC publish institutional holdings? I have suspicions like Xena's regarding buyout positioning... Thanks
The i-hub administrators didn't like my new id, as innocent as it was, and I once again have the more lengthy nom d plume. I think it's all worked out. Now I'll see what my posting limits are
