Jason Baker (eocwizard), PVEC's website designer, Director of Zeus Travel and PVEI Director of Technical Operations, put out another PVEC Radio rant earlier tonight (4/27/14) on the company's website.

I found it humorous that he tried to reiterate former claims made by he and Kerry that the company will no longer issue forward-looking statements but issues multiple statements that are obvious hype, most of which is still forward-looking. They new, mostly forward-looking hype is shown in red:

On a serious note, I cannot disclose the specifics of what has been happening, but I can tell you this - negotiations that have been taking place between PVEC and some seriously interesting development type individuals have been in overdrive and strides are being made that would make Carl Lewis envious. There will be more information about this in the coming weeks. I do sincerely apologize for not being able to provide anything further, but as you are all aware, we do not "Pre-PR" anything. Sidenote on that - there won't be any "footnotes" in any upcoming financials in the near future as well - seems like we need to stick to our guns with PRs that are in arrears... more on that subject in the very near future as well. Additionally, one other side note to current events, PVEI has enlisted the services of a very well respected financial group that will be bringing a considerable amount of "nest-eggs" into the fold to aid and assist in the aforementioned development type individuals. There are HUGE things on the horizon and we are not letting a word of it slip until it's signed, sealed, delivered, and yours. Let's say we have learned from previous mistakes that led to things not going quote as they should have due to an overwhelming response from shareholders that well, should have been a response at all.

So much for their claims of no more forward-looking statements!
