Jason, why do you quote an Investopedia definition instead of providing the actual current number of shares issued and outstanding (the O/S) and the public float?

Wouldn't the actual PVEC O/S and float numbers be more informative to shareholders and potential investors than a generic definition which includes an opinion by the author(s) of the definition (as is typical on Investopedia)?

You and Kerry have claimed that the company, which you also claim is transparent, honest and has integrity, is not diluting. So why is this allegedly transparent and honest company unwilling to issue updated O/S and float numbers while it is constantly raising the the number of authorized common shares?

The best way to verify your claims of transparency and no dilution would be to publicly update the current share structure, which the company is apparently unwilling to do.

Given the company's refusal to provide it current share structure, the investing public should assume the worst - that the A/S is repeatedly increased because the O/S under the previous A/S has been maxed out.
