I remember the day FRCN broke .0009 levels and moved in to .001.That specific day the last trade before .001 was "911" which was bought at .001.But over a period of time this has been happening for a while now.I saw a buy at .0013 3 days back and now the break out yesterday.Again the same person bought at .0016 "911" shares.

there is a rationale behind this..IMHO.
